Michael Saylor's MicroStrategy has borrowed $700 million through the sale of convertible senior notes at an interest rate of 0.625% per annum. Earlier, the firm made an announcement to raise over $600 million. Initially, the conversion rate for the notes will stand at $1,497.68 per share, reflecting a 42.5% premium over the closing price of $1,051.01 on Tuesday. Currently, MicroStrategy remains as the largest holder of Bitcoin by accumulation 193,000 $BTC.
