Terraform Labs and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have reportedly begun the civil trial, without the physical presence of Terraform Founder Do Kwon, who awaits extradition in Montenegro. While the SEC lawyers claimed the company was a fraud, the Terraform lawyers argued that failure is not understood as fraud.
