The Montenegro Court Ruling has resulted in favour of Do Kwon, the former crypto mogul behind the $40 billion collapse of the TerraUSD stable-coin in 2022. As per recent ruling Kwon was supposed to be extradited to South Korea, where the penalty for white collar crimes are less. The United States reportedly defies the recent ruling. Last week ruling which resulted on a partial win on the side of US was reversed.
