Venezuela's government has blocked access to Binance, X, and other online services amid tensions over disputed presidential election results. Local anti-censorship group VE sin Filtro reported a DNS block on Binance on Aug. 9. Binance assured users their funds were safe and recommended using a VPN to bypass the block. President Maduro also ordered a temporary ban on X.
