She highlighted that her recent conversations with officials wasn't convincing. It was evident to her that Gary was relaxed after the approval of spot BTC ETF as it has placated the industry. And she also pointed out tat staffs of SEC aren't engaging in a meaningful way as they did for BTC ETF, with only two months before the deadline.
