XRP Healthcare has custom-developed and integrated a new feature in its decentralized mobile wallet, customized for the Pharma and Healthcare sectors, powered by the XRP Ledger. Their latest update in the mobile application sees the introduction of a feature that will enable swap $XRP to $XRPH within the mobile application, hence easing transactions within the ecosystem.
With this, XRPH Wallet now has a swap feature that will exchange between XRP and XRPH, the native utility token. In a way, it simply adds another dimension to the main wallet functions, which include non-custodial storage and keeping of users’ digital assets, assuring the users that they are in full control of their transactions, privacy, and security. Besides, people using the XRPH Wallet for payment shall receive up to 80% off their subscriptions and pay from over 68,000 participating US-based pharmacies, including major chains like Walgreens, CVS, and Walmart.
Wallets incentivize and reward their customers with XRPH tokens for each transaction made through the platform, thus giving the customers an added incentive to be more involved in using XRPH for their day-to-day related healthcare purchases. The app optimizations generally aim at improving the users’ experience, while the live balance has been fixed with the update to wallet version 7.0.9.
Questions of legitimacy and functionality were asked by some of the users with regard to the app. Disappearance of staking balances has been noted, while others had difficulty contacting support, mistaking the XRPH for Ripple’s more popular XRP token in the confusion of wallet affiliation.
Over the last 24 hours, the price of XRPH has grown by 4%, with a small drop over the week. The token represents extremely interesting market dynamics because the value of tokens is central to the financial structure within the platform. XRP Healthcare is aimed at improved healthcare service delivery through the use of a secure, efficient, and rewarding digital wallet, which can extend its influence to emerging markets.
