XRP Scam: Indian Supreme Court’s YouTube Hacked

Yesterday, the Indian Supreme Court’s YouTube channel was compromised. The scammers used the channel to promote Ripple’s XRP token, luring individuals into an investment scam. The scammers rebranded the channel as “Ripple Official,” replaced the image with Ripple’s logo, and deleted the previous videos of the court.

Advanced technologies like deep fake defraud the community using images of prominent personalities, including Garlinghouse. Addressing these concerns, the crypto platform stated, “Ripple is deeply committed to combating these scams, and we are taking an active and aggressive stance against crypto fraud, working alongside other leaders across various cryptocurrency communities.”
