Mysten Labs and Tencent partnership looks to develop the cloud services, payments, and GameFi. Tencent and Mysten Labs would focus on these domains to advance the fintech industry.
Mysten Labs is elated to form the latest partnership with Tencent, a top-notch Chinese gaming company. Apart from this, Sui Global is equally excited about the collaboration as it is coming to fruition pretty well. Sui is Mysten Labs’ L1 blockchain.
Sui blockchain aims at object-oriented architecture and scalability, courtesy of Diem and former Meta executives. The language used by the Sui blockchain is ‘Move,’ developed by Meta. Move language uses exclusive data structures to create a cost-effective and speedy blockchain. The object-oriented architecture and scalability are the focal-points of the blockchain.
The Sui blockchain offers the developers an alternative and the freedom to develop games having dense populations. A[art from this, they can also reap the benefits of the on-chain feature. So, the developers can have better monetization.
A vital consideration here is that all of this plays a central role in providing the finest consumer experiences, per Sam Blackshear, chief technology officer and co-founder, Mysten Labs.
Yet another L1 blockchain using the Move language is Aptos (also developed by Meta executives). A while ago, over $350 million were collected by Aptos from its investors. As per Mysten Labs, the platform uses a play-to-earn gaming model.
