Shiba Inu Announces the Launch of Much-Awaited Rocket Pond’s Trailer

Shiba Inu, the decentralized cryptocurrency ecosystem, announced the release of its highly anticipated metaverse project, Rocket Pond’s trailer. According to Shib-The Metaverse’s announcement, the trailer for Rocket Pond, one of the 11 hubs in Shiba’s virtual world, would be unleashed today.

Shib-The Metaverse took to Twitter to inform the Shiba Inu community about the launch of its project’s trailer:

In September 2022, the ecosystem revealed a black-and-white sketch of the Rocket Pond, citing that the image brings “the feel of a hidden resort inside of mountains,

The YMCA or KOA camping vibe with wilderness around you mixed with modern luxuries/touristy elements”. Later, the platform shared a “colored concept artwork” on Twitter highlighting that the hub is “set to create an adventurous experience for the Shib Army.

Shib, the official Twitter account of the Shiba Inu Ecosystem, drew the attention of its 3.7 million followers to the long-awaited launch of the Rocket Pond trailer. The tweet read:

Attention all Shibonauts! The time has come to ignite the excitement! Today, we unveil the sensational trailer for Rocket Pond! Prepare to have your jaws dropped as you witness the incredible progress we’ve made.

Presumably, the upcoming launch of Rocket Pond would help revive sentiment in the metaverse space which has been silent for a long period. As anticipated, the trailer would probably present a comprehensive and captivating design of the Rocket Pond.

In a surprising turn, Shytoshi Kusama, the lead developer of Shiba Inu shared a Twitter thread demonstrating his excitement and astonishment at the trailer release:

Kusuma’s response to the announcement could imply his active involvement in the project and interest in the success of the project. The sudden pop-up of Kusama, after a period of silence, invokes curiosity and enthusiasm among the community.
