On Twitter, the SHIB Metaverse team revealed yet another concept art of Dunes, one of the digital locations that will play an important role in SHIB: The Metaverse, which is built on Shibarium.

On October 25, Shiba Inu released the first concept artwork of Dunes, one of the hubs in its metaverse project, and the team stated that the concept art of Dunes is shared to provide the most powerful reference points aligning the creative outlook and aspect of the hub.
Picture yourself staring at mounds of sand shaped by winds, while feeling a sensation of heat, while smooth sand particles travel at a near distance welcoming other sand mounds, perhaps with a sense of sheltered areas behind an obstacle. Upon gazing beyond you discover an oasis of sorts, yet this oasis is like no other, it’s massive, it’s shaped, and welcomes an adventurous and modern place, full of glitzy architecture and cooling waters.
Shiba Inu then described the dune in its blog post.
Following that, Shiba Inu revealed the second artwork concept of Dunes on October 28 and shared an image of what the second concept of Dunes looks like.
However, while the first two artworks were in black and white, the newly released image of Dunes is a colour representation of the digital location.
Hosted on SHIB.io, SHIB: The Metaverse will feature 100,595 plots of land that will be minted by users. Landowners can earn passive income from their plots while also collecting in-game resources and earning rewards.
Shiba Inu is collaborating with popular visualisation studio THE THIRD FLOOR to create the metaverse. Shiba Inu has also expanded its Metaverse team with top professionals, including Marcie Jastrow, a 20-year veteran entertainment expert, and Sherri Cuono, who was part of the team that created the first iPhone game.
