Shibarium Relaunches with Massive Impact: Lead Developer Credits Polygon

Shibarium, a novel blockchain platform, recently announced its official and stable operation. Spearheaded by the visionary behind the Shiba Inu cryptocurrency, Shytoshi Kusama, this latest endeavor aims to provide a seamless and scalable environment for crypto enthusiasts and developers alike.

According to Kusama, Shibarium has onboarded more than 65,000 wallet holders since its inception and facilitated over 350,000 transactions. Notably, many diverse tokens have found their home on the platform. The success of Shibarium’s launch could be attributed to strategic decisions and the unwavering support of allies, especially during challenging times.

Kusama expressed profound gratitude to the Polygon team for their instrumental role in ensuring Shibarium’s success. After encountering a critical incident, Kusama swiftly contacted Sandeep from Polygon. Sandeep and his team lent their expertise without hesitation, reinforcing the decision to pivot and fork Polygon.

Furthermore, Kusama clarified the design specifics related to the Shibarium bridge withdrawal process. The protocol mandates that withdrawals of Shib, Leash, and WEth tokens via the bridge span at least 2 Checkpoints, translating to durations between 45 minutes and 3 hours. In contrast, BONE withdrawals are set to a window of up to 7 days. This design choice guarantees both security and functionality.

Parallel to these developments, Ali, a recognized cryptocurrency analyst, highlighted a significant movement of 2 trillion $SHIB tokens from known exchange wallets in the past week alone. As of recent data, Shiba Inu’s price is $0.000008, with a commendable 24-hour trading volume of $88,884,644, securing its 16th rank on CoinMarketCap.

In conclusion, the journey of Shibarium underscores the power of collaboration, vision, and resilience in the dynamic cryptocurrency space. With leaders like Shytoshi Kusama and the backing of industry giants like Polygon, Shibarium’s potential seems promising.
