The company has launched the world’s first physically backed Bitcoin staking exchange-traded product on the London Stock Exchange. The product, called “1Valour Bitcoin Physical Staking”, gives professional investors regulated exposure to Bitcoin with a 1.4% annual yield.
The exchange-traded product carries the ISIN code GB00BRBV3124. It offers direct exposure to Bitcoin while maintaining institutional-level security. All holdings are stored with Copper in cold storage, secured through multi-party computation technology. Each share is backed 1:1 with actual Bitcoin. This structure ensures transparency and eliminates hidden leverage.

Key Features and Global Expansion of Valour’s Bitcoin Staking ETP
It has a few interesting features. Investors receive an annual 1.4% yield, which is automatically reflected in the net asset value of shares. All the exposure is collateralized with physical Bitcoin in cold storage. It is transparent in that the net asset value, entitlements, and indicative prices are calculated daily and published. It is available in GBP and EUR to further enhance accessibility for European investors.
Valour already runs over 85 exchange-traded products on European exchanges. These comprise the listings in Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, France, and the Netherlands. The introduction of a physically backed Bitcoin staking product demonstrates the evolving role of digital assets in traditional finance. It simplifies access for professional investors who need both yield and security. It also reflects the growing demand for regulated investment tools linked to cryptocurrencies.
With interest in regulated crypto products growing, DeFi Technologies and Valour are positioning themselves at the center of this trend. Their success with the new product demonstrates a change in the way that Bitcoin is being incorporated into traditional financial markets. For investors, it represents the next step towards accessibility, security, and opportunity in digital asset investing.
